Brush and Floss After You EatYou can always carry a travel toothbrush wherever you go. There are travel toothbrushes of every shape and size. There are also small travel size toothpaste and floss. If you are flossing on the go, we recommend you use flossers. Flossers are easy to put into your purse or your wallet. There are mint-flavored flossers that would give your breath an additional boost of minty freshness.
In Between BrushingsWhile you're running around, take some time to drink a lot of water. It is easy to become dehydrated on the go. Drinking water stimulates saliva production, and keeps your bacteria down, which makes your breath fresher. You may also want to chew gum. Chewing gum is better for you than mints, because it stimulates saliva production. There is also travel size breath spray, to keep your breath sweet-smelling.
DietIf you want to keep your breath fresh while you are on the go, don't eat overly seasoned foods, with a lot of onion and garlic. Fish is also not a great idea. All of these can make it difficult to keep your breath fresh. You will also want to avoid sugar, as sugary food encourages bacterial growth.
